Pre-Orders & Production 

  • When can I pre-order the Off Script capsule?
    Pre-orders for our first capsule drop open in October 3rd and close on November 7th. 

This is a one-time release — once the pre-order window closes, these pieces will not be restocked or remade.

  • Why is everything made-to-order?

At Shahmani, we don’t overproduce. Each piece is made to order — created intentionally, not in excess.

  • This lets us avoid waste and focus on what truly matters: design, story, and quality. When will I receive my order?

Once pre-orders close on November 7th, production begins. You can expect your pieces to arrive in early to mid November. 

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process — from production to packaging to delivery.

  • What if you don’t reach enough pre-orders?

Our production requires a minimum number of orders to move forward.
If we don’t meet that threshold, your full order will be refunded — no exceptions.

 

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

●  Unworn and unwashed

●  With all original tags attached

●  Free from scent, stains, or any sign of wear

●  In the original packaging

How do I request a return? 

Email us at info@shahmani.com or message us at @shahmanilondon with your order number and request. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

  • Can I exchange my item for a different size?

No — but you can request a return and place a new order with the correct size. 

  • When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • Where do you ship?

We currently ship Worldwide. 

  • How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate: Shipping calculated at the check out
Orders over £200 qualify for Free Delivery (UK ONLY)

  • How will my order be delivered?

All items are sent via tracked UK courier with photo proof or signature on delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
