Shahmani Return & Exchange Policy

At Shahmani, every piece is made to order — created intentionally, not in excess.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

●  You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

●  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

●  Tags must not be removed.

●  Items must be free of any signs of wear, including:

• Perfume or scent
  
• Makeup stains
  
• Deodorant marks
  
• Fabric wear or damage 

Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted. 

Refunds

● Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Made-to-Order Production Policy 

This capsule is made to order.

Production will only begin once the pre-order window closes and our minimum threshold is met.

If this threshold is not reached, your order will be refunded in full.
